Welcome to the Utah Valley Convention Center!
Whatever type of event you’re attending, from a small board meeting, trade show, convention or an elegant reception, the Utah Valley Convention Center welcomes you with service guided by our principles of excellent guest relationships.
We have the facility, staff and services to provide a welcoming and pleasurable experience while being a guest at our facility. While you are attending an event at the Utah Valley Convention Center, take a moment to take in the view of the Wasatch Mountains, enjoy fresh beverages and pastries at the Center Street Café located at the main entrance, or make a stop to check your mail at our conveniently located Business Center.
At the Utah Valley Convention Center, we are “dedicated to exceptional service, delivered with a warm and innovative approach.”
The Utah Valley Convention Center is ADA compliant and offers many features that make our facility friendly to guests with disabilities. The UVCC is responsible for the permanent building ADA access requirements such as, but not limited to: wheelchair access, elevator standards, restroom standards, internal hallways and doors. The Licensee is responsible for non-permanent accessibility requirements such as, but not limited to: seating accessibility and auxiliary aids for the visually impaired, hearing impaired, and mobility impaired. The Licensee is also responsible to ensure compliance of temporary architectural event features such as: registration, information booths, and any other services or programs available to exhibitors, attendees or the general public.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at no fee. They can be checked out at our Administrative Offices on Level 1M on the south side of the building. Guests must provide a government-issued ID in exchange for the wheelchair. The ID will be returned when the wheelchair is returned. These wheelchairs are for event use only and may not leave the premises.
ADA-recognized service animals (guide dogs and mini-horses) are welcome at the UVCC provided they are leashed or under similar control as appropriate. The owner must take full responsibility for the animal.
